By D&B

The MDA calls for more resources and tougher penalties to be put in place to give maximum importance to our natural heritage.

T he Malta Developers Association (MDA) congratulates the police force and the environment authorities, particularly ERA, for their immediate action taken to solve the case of shocking environmental damage caused by the spraying of red paint to mark trails in natural sites of high ecological importance.

While noting the quick action taken by the authorities in collaboration with environmentalists to safeguard the common good, the MDA calls for more resources and tougher penalties to be put in place to give maximum importance to our natural heritage.

This recent example of immediate action also shows how collaboration and cooperation yields results.
