Responding to Change

By D&B

Rarely does change become seamlessly integrated; embraced by all from the moment it happens. But the government has set into motion significant reforms which are bound to improve the quality of life and increase peace of mind to all families. These incentives are prompting a mental breakthrough with residential and commercial buyers alike.

Tax relief and grants promoting environmental issues, reducing electricity and fuel consumption are bringing to the forefront why such matters are important. This has prompted people to appreciate and value more modern methodologies, products and processes. The market is, in turn, responding.

On this note, this issue’s Cover Story features Simprolit. Alex Sakota, CoFounder and Managing Director of Simprolit Malta, explains to us how Simprolit bricks, blocks, plates, slabs and other such formats have specific superior technical characteristics, and how they benefit both developer and dweller of those buildings. Enhanced sound insulation, cleaner air and better thermal insulation are such examples benefiting the residents. Developers too stand much to gain, as less labour is required to prepare properties with environmentally-friendly conditions, and construction and development becomes far quicker, cleaner and safer.

Design & Build is presenting you also with a gathering of renowned suppliers all excelling in their fields of choice. Malta needs yet better materials, products, suppliers and conditions. Rest assured, dear reader, that we will continue doing our utmost to gather our market leaders for your review herein.

Enjoy your read.
